From Shibuya Station: Take buses heading to Shinbashi, Roppongi Hills, or Akasaka Ark Hills. Get off at Minami Aoyama 7-chome, then walk for approx.6 minutes.

This approach allows us to provide personalized advice, maintain privacy, and guarantee a comfortable visit – nearly all our customers have rated their experience as “highly satisfactory.” Reservations can be made up to 2 hours before your visit, subject to availability.

Q. Do you have English-speaking staff?

Yes, we have English-speaking staff available to assist international customers. Please don’t hesitate to ask for support.

Q. What payment methods are accepted in-store?

We accept major credit cards(Visa, Mastercard, AMEX), cash (Japanese Yen only), and digital payment methods like PayPay.

Q. Can I return or exchange items purchased in-store?

Unfortunately, due to the handmade nature and unique characteristics of each amanamana product, we do not accept returns or refunds for in-store purchases. Please carefully review your selection before completing your purchase.

Of course! Many of our customers visit with family, friends, or groups. However, to ensure a serene experience and accommodate the space, we limit the maximum number of visitors to 4 people per group. For larger groups, please contact us in advance.
